This is normal for red alert 2, when you switch to a higher resolution, the main screen is a bit smaller, yuris revenge isnt like this because it is locked to 800x600. if you were to switch it to 800x600 then you prob would get a full screen but it would be harder to play. you can aslo adjust the screen reso in in the ra2 folder.
